FRIENDLY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days to exchange or return the goods you have received from the moment you receive the shipment!

You are not required to provide a reason for the return, but we would appreciate any information you can provide – we want to improve the quality of our products and services.

How to exchange/return an item?

1. Returned/exchanged goods must be new and show no signs of use (stains, tears, etc.).

2. Download the withdrawal form RETURN FORM

 or the exchange form for purchased products EXCHANGE FORM.

3. Pack the products together with the form and send them to the following address:

4. Once we receive the product, we will refund your money as soon as possible (within 14 days) or send you a replacement product.

5. In accordance with the store’s regulations and the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws, item 827), Article 38(5), the consumer is not entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons – if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Therefore, personal items such as underwear, masks, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange.

EASY COMPLAINTS

If the product you receive is defective, send an email with a photo of the defect to biuro@fabryka-koszulek.com  there is no need to fill out any forms.

 We will replace defective products at our expense (including shipping costs)

If it is not possible to replace the product, we will give you the choice of another product from our range or a full refund.

The consumer may use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. If the consumer wishes to use the option of amicable dispute resolution concerning online purchases, they may submit their complaint, for example, via the EU ODR online platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
